چکیده
Abstract The study uses chemical and mineral admixtures to understand the critical processes affecting cement slurry characteristics, including rheological properties, free water, compressive strength, thickening time. Using alternate replace partially has environmental economic benefits. mechanisms behind effects of on parameters were investigated at different temperatures using cutting-edge experimental equipment. binder's compatibility reactions with examined. When temperature are combined, it a major effect flow characteristics slurries. results suggested that present technical data for must be confirmed use in oil well cementing; efficient raised conventional cementing work may become ineffective elevated cementing. Finally, new mixture can employed desired field due this material generation (4200–6900 feet pressure range 4100–4800psi 140–170 °F, respectively). Because enhances properties slurry, end product will better than current version. After all, plastic viscosity, apparent yield stress diagrams #3*-A lower field. other mixtures lead decrease viscosity have highest strength. was optimal blend.

A NEW CEMENT ADDITIVE TO IMPROVE THE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF OIL WELL CEMENT AND TO ENHANCE ZONAL ISOLATION
The main purpose of cementing of the well is to provide effective zonal isolation for the entire life of wells. The standard cements cannot prevent loss of zonal isolation when the stress level in the well cement is severely fluctuated. Since elastic cements improve elastic properties, recently, a number of studies have been done in this area. For this purpose, a nanoparticle, named EX-RIPI, wa...

متن کاملChemical Modification of Lignite and Investigation of its Properties in Controlling Fluid Loss of Oil Well Cement Slurries
The aim of this research was to produce a convenient additive for enhancing the properties, especially the fluid loss, of oil well cement slurries. In this regard, a variety of drilling/cementing chemical additives known as fluid loss controllers were prepared through derivatization and chemical modification of lignite. Lignite-based graft copolymers were synthesized using different groups of a...
